To decrease working time and improve efficiency, I have compiled up the format of the index page and the news post page for you in two separate .rtf files. It is strongly recommended you save these two files so that you can refer to them.

All you have to do is plug in the right information where there are Xs and then post them to the news post. You can write on the RTF file and then copy and paste to the news post, or you can copy and paste the RTF format file to the news post submit form and write in the submit form; the decision is entirely up to you.
